With some popular home renovation programs being aired this year NGS has seen an increase in residential projects, with this we are proud to be a part of two projects that have recently been recognized by both the HIA and the RAIA, congratulations to all involved.

 

 Myocum Ridge Road, Northern NSW. This ‘extreme make over’ was a labor of love for the client and picked up several awards for its urban & eco friendly design at the 2011 HIA Awards.

 

Regatta Parade, Southport. This project was presented with two accolades, at this years’ RAIA awards. The Architects, Inarc Design were also voted the peoples choice for Best Regional Renovation.
